Psychotherapy with me can be many things.

A conversation about what is, what was and who you might want to become.

A space where you may safely share your thoughts and feelings, and what has happened to you and your family.

An opportunity to address traumatic realities such as war, sexualized violence, racism, climate-catastrophe, social injustice. etc.

A creative process, where we can imagine a new future and broaden your repertoire of ways of being in the world with others.

There will be words.
There will be tears.
There will be silence.
Every now and then it will be boring.
And yes, we will also have a laugh.
