The initial contact is a free 15 min video call in which you will briefly tell me what you are struggling with, I will explain how I work, and we will discuss my fee. Based on our conversation, you can then decide whether to schedule a regular appointment, in-person or online.
Cancellations: if you pay my regular fee, cancellations made up to 48h in advance are free of charge. If you pay a reduced fee, I ask that cancellations be made 1 week in advance. If you cancel frequently, the cancellation policy will be adjusted.
